When will my order ship?

Processing time for in-stock items is 3-5 days. Any delays in shipping will be announced on my Instagram or on the front page of this website. Processing time for custom made items/ commissions is 3-5 days after I receive final approval from you.

Do you accept refunds?

I cannot accept returns or refunds at this time for any of my original burns. However, if you order a print or sticker from me that becomes damaged in the mail, or if you have questions about your order, please reach out to me at wyrmwoodpyro@gmail.com and I will be happy to find a solution with you.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

I do offer international shipping, however please understand that shipping rates for items sent outside of the United States will be much higher than domestic rates. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to me at wyrmwoodpyro@gmail.com.

How long will it take you to complete a commission?

It all depends on what you order! A physically larger item will take me longer to complete than a smaller one. In general, expect about 1-4 weeks depending on the size and complexity of your piece.
