This piece features a redcap surrounded by, well, redcaps! I created this piece for 13 Days, an annual community project organized by artists. The theme for this piece was "Fae & Fables."
I intentionally used a limited color palette for this piece. The reds are colored pencil, the golds are sparkling stain, and the light brown tones are painted on with coffee.
